Christmas decoration/Decoración Navideña[ENG/ESP]
Christmas is a time that motivates me a lot, it is a time of the year which reminds me a lot of my childhood in my mother's house in Palo Verde, specifically in the La Vega urbanization.
La Navidad es una época que me motiva mucho, es un espacio del año el cual me recuerda mucho a mi infancia en la casa de mi mamá en Palo Verde, específicamente en la urbanización La Vega.
The memory of my parents, my sisters and brothers leads me to always want to celebrate those days, that is why I love to transform my house and decorate it in the best Christmas style.
El recuerdo de mis padres, mis hermanas y hermanos me lleva a querer celebrar siempre esos días, por eso es que me encanta transformar mi casa y decorarla al mejor estilo de la Navidad.
I always start with turning the house upside down and from the mess I start to tidy up, I usually change all the furniture in its place first, personally I don't like routine so I always try to change everything for myself not to get bored.
Siempre comienzo con voltear la casa para arriba y desde el desorden empiezo a ordenar, suelo cambiar primero todos los muebles de su lugar, personalmente no me gusta la rutina así que trato siempre de cambiar todo para yo misma no aburrirme.
Later I start with the decorations, I love the Christmas red color, so I decided to make fabric covers for the furniture cushions with yellow details in their different designs.
Posteriormente comienzo con las decoraciones, el color rojo navideño me encanta, así que decidí hacerle forros de tela a los cojines de los muebles con detalles amarillos en sus diferentes diseños.
A long time ago I took a course to make births, an incredible course with which I learned how to make the protagonists of Christmas assuming my own design for the realization of my crib.
Hace mucho tiempo realice un curso para hacer nacimientos, un curso increíble con el cual aprendí a hacer a los protagonistas de la Navidad asumiendo un diseño propio para la realización de mi pesebre.
When I started doing it, all the neighbors asked me for one, which is why I managed to sell several to and at the same time give away, not everything is money, love must always prevail and more if we are at Christmas.
Cuando lo comencé a hacer todos los vecinos me solicitaron uno, por lo cual logré vender varios a ya la vez regalar, no todo es dinero, el amor siempre debe prevalecer y más si estamos en Navidad.
The little tree is what I love the most, I really like to decorate it, it's as if this were my Christmas gift, I usually decorate it with rag dolls, miss favorite childhood dolls, I love it, it seems like a very my own tree, yes my friends From childhood they would see me and comment that this tree looks like me.
El arbolito es lo que más me encanta, me gusta mucho decorarlo, es como si este fuera mi regalo de navidad, suelo adornarlo con muñecas de trapo, miss muñecas preferidas de la infancia, me encanta me parece un árbol muy mío, si mis amigas de la infancia me vieran comentarian que ese árbol se parece a mí.
Something that makes me sad at Christmas is that my children do not have much interest in this space of the time, they tend to get bored they do not care much, this has to do with the economic crisis that we had for a moment, they were very strong Christmases and they were disappointed with time, I just hope that soon I can win them back and that they share the same spirit that I have for Christmas.
Algo que me pone triste en la Navidad es que mis hijos no tienen mucho interés en este espacio de la época, suelen aburrirse no les interesa mucho, esto tiene que ver con la crisis económica que llegamos a tener por un momento, eran navidades muy fuertes y ellos se decepcionaron con el tiempo, solo espero que pronto los pueda reconquistar y que compartan ese mismo ánimo que yo tengo por la Navidad.
