Catching the cheat
A teacher testing engineering students set a cheat trap some time before the exam to help catch those eager to take shortcuts.
He created an impossible problem unrelated to the curriculum (which, in my opinion, would save those smart enough to solve) and provided an answer for it online with the help of his assistant.

Those who left the answer blank got full marks and those who were caught failed the paper and their names were circulated to other staff as known exam cheats.
