ok, so it’s maybe not as bad as the video suggests but today I breakthrough that invisible rep wall and hit REP 64 on steemit — I’m quite chuffed at that really what with everything that’s been happening so far this year I feel that I’m well on my way to hitting that big old 70 target a little closer each day.

I realise that on steemit it takes a number of factors to really get those reputation numbers moving but I truly believe that I can get to 5k steem power and 70 rep by the end of 2018 if I really put the work in, I’m ready for it as well, I’ve never been more ready to be honest.

I want to thank all you lovely people that upvote me, follow along, comment and also auto upvote me, that’s super sweet of you and I’m super glad I know you here and in the analog world away from the keyboard, it’s great to have finally found an online community that does not suck! :)

Just like life blogging on a social community driven platform is a series of ebbs and flows, finding your feet, being authentic to who you are and what you want. Personally I’ve found that I’ve need more time to produce, make and output than I have to spend time chatting in discord channels, maybe avoiding drama or massive debate because I felt sensitive to the world around me and appearing from recently survival mode thinking.

While at times the world can feel one step forward and two steps back we are doing what we can with what we have, if you know you’ve been slacking come back twice as hard, channel yourself, channel each other but be respectful of how they got to where they are now — each our journeys in this thing called life is littering with the fall out of other people trying to build a dream in their own images too. Be compassionate but protect your heart.

Onwards and upwards to 65 eh? :)

p.s — will you still need me, will you still feed me, when I’m 64? :)
