the more i look at node.js and the more i look at javascript in general the more i realise just how able you are to tinker with things at low level in the browser via devtools -- i love the fact that i could do form inputs and test out browser extensions that you build with this headless tool -- really clever stuff.
Puppeteer is a Node library which provides a high-level API to control Chrome or Chromium over the DevTools Protocol. Puppeteer runs headless by default, but can be configured to run full (non-headless) Chrome or Chromium.
