Dear @Dtube #39 // eleven years ago today I took part in the best thing I will ever do with my life.

It’s a special day today, about 1.5 hrs ago my daughter was born eleven years ago. I got up, sent her the message that I made before sleeping last night and sent it in the hope she sees it before heading into school this morning where I know she will have an awesome day.

That morning eleven years to this day changed my world forever and is probably the best thing I will ever do with my life was to bring another life into this world who is so full of love and light, compassion and strength — I know she will grow into an amazing woman who shape her world.

I wanted to kinda dedicate a little vlog today to her, about the manic phone call and the moment she was handed to me and to stop and celebrate the moment because I really did not think many times that I would be here. Many times I’ve felt that way, that I would miss her growing up or I would fall at the wayside and not be the dad that she deserves.

She has given me a reason, many times, to go again, to fight, to understand what it is to love without objection, to find the good in things and to stay positive when anxiety, stress and depression has gotten me down — I’m hugely proud to be your dad.

If it was not for this blockchain over the course of the last year or so I probably would have gone a bit of the rails. The steem blockchain is way bigger than just some financial rewards or rage bid bot battles, it’s a way that your average person in the street can find balance, friendships.. love.

So, I dedicated my vlog to my daughter today who I love unconditional with every fibre of my being here on planet earth — thank you Bella chella bon bon, your the best! :)
