Magnificence

Out in the depths of the deep blue ocean
They’re looking for something to cure their pain.
The canoe moves in a swaying motion
As they try to find something to keep sane.
One dive in the water is all it takes
To find something so amazingly great.
Searching through the beautiful waters makes
A good scene to find the pearl like bait.
There it is, an object so fantastic.
Now, go to it before it fades away.
First, check it to make sure it’s not plastic.
Then, go as fast as you can to the bay.
Open the oyster and try to uncurl
The tongue to find the magnificent pearl.
