Kennt ihr das? Man will einen gemeinsamen Termin finden, an dem alle Beteiligten Zeit haben. Bloß dass diese Aufgabe eben in keinster Weise trivial ist. Ich habe schon einmal einen Post zu dem Thema gemacht: @t-nil/framadate-zur-terminfindung . Da muss aber immer noch jeder manuell die Zeiten eintragen. Nicht optimal.

Gnome Evolution kann z. B. deine Kalender veröffentlichen, aber nicht als Kalender, sondern als Free/Busy-Informationen. D. h. die Anderen sehen nicht, was genau für Termine Du hast, sondern nur, wann Du keine hast.

Dieses Feature kommt aus dem Exchange-Bereich, weswegen die Unterstützung an anderen Stellen eher Mangelware ist. Evolution kann aber anscheinend bei speziell eingerichteten Kontakten auch diese Informationen anzeigen und nutzen. Testen konnte ich bisher leider nur den Export. Nextcloud soll diese Informationen wohl auch einbinden können. Ich werde bald berichten.

Gnome Evolution can e.g. publish your calendars, but not as calendars, but as Free/Busy information. I.e. the others don't see what kind of appointments you have, but only when you don't have any.

This feature comes from the Exchange area, which is why support in other places is rather scarce. Evolution seems to be able to display and use this information for specially configured contacts. Unfortunately, I could only test the export so far. Nextcloud should also be able to integrate this information. I will report soon.
