MY COSMETOLOGY CLASS TODAY

Let me tell you some of the things that made me happy and why.

I had a great time in my cosmetology class today.we were taught how to apply nail extensions and Polish from a bare natural nail to a beautiful looking nail.

My cosmetology teacher is a slim lady in her early 40s as I guessed, she has a very tiny voice that if there is noise or if you did not listen very well and attentively you won't be able to get what she is saying ,so my eyes ,my ear 👂 and my mind's were fixed on her so that I will grab all she will say.

She started by collecting our previous project and then she gave us the materials for nail extensions and polish.

The materials are super glue, nail buffer, nail file , nail polish,nail extensions, cotton wool and nail polish remover known as nail polish dissolver .

She explained the step by step ways to fix nails , she started by telling us the names of each and every material she gave us , she used someone as an example to teach us practically,then she told us to start fixing each others nails.

I picked one of my friend and started fixing her nails,I stated by filling her nails, after that I applied a little super glue on her tip finger,
I carefully place the extension on the edge of the natural nail and press firmly for a few seconds.

I trimed the nail extension to desired length.
Used a nail file to shape the edges, and I blended the extension with the natural nail.
I Buffed the entire nail surface for a smooth transition.i wiped away the nail particules with the nail dissolver . After that ,I applied nail hardener applied a red nail polish with careful strokes and then I left it for some seconds to dry , after drying a bit ,I recoated the nail for full coverage, left it for some seconds to avoid smudging and then I wiped away excess polish from the edges with the dissolver and then used the nail hardener again to smoothen the nail.

I did my best in this nail practical, and she promised to teach us more on nails am waiting for that day to come .
