A DAY IN THE FARM

A Day at the Farm

This morning started like any other, until mom said, "We’re going to the farm."although she told us before
at first, I just sighed farm work always sounds like a tiring job. But my mum said our mission was to clear the farm so it would be ready for the people who would come and cultivate it later.

When we got there, the farm was not too wild, but
I looked around and quietly thought this is not too hard to handle

At once we picked up our tools and started, it wasn't as bad as it seemed.
The clearing felt easier than I expected. Maybe it was because everyone was working together laughing, making random jokes about who was the slowest, who found the biggest worm, or who accidentally cleared the same spot twice,
we even turned it into a small competition ,who could clear the biggest patch the fastest. not me.

Little by little, the wildness started disappearing.
The farm began to look open, fresh, like it was breathing again.
And standing there, wiping the sweat off my forehead, I realized: sometimes, the idea of a thing is way scarier than actually doing it.
We always think it’ll be too hard, too much, but once you start, you find your rhythm.

By the end of the day, we were tired, sure, but it was that good kind of tired.
The kind that makes you feel proud.
And honestly? I’m glad I went.

It reminded me that sometimes, things look more intimidating than they actually are. Just takes a bit of starting, and then you realize it’s all good.
