every little bit helps / at dump double
sometimes when 'creating' im not sure where to stop.
and the 'medium' im using, only allows me, in 'basic concept' to perform a certain set of actions due to available 'tools'
afterthought
i need 100k to buy a house ( deposit ) with 5 rooms, to rent to 4 people at 'cost of repayments' + 10% ( to cover the 'im late' chance ( 1/10(/25%)
