IB championships Aquathlon Ibiza: July 4 2026
It's like a miracle that I could finish this afternoon without too much pain. Of course the swimming part got determined by a 2,5km run after 3 weeks no running but I was especially very happy that I could finish also the last 2,5 km! With my knee diagnose I didn't really have high hopes...
