Slow run with high humidity: September 6 2024

Another grade calmer today than yesterday with 5km calm running around the track. Tomorrow only 500m swimming and than we can only how that the weather on Sunday since be as bad as forecasted during the race. We're not foreseen to riding on wet surface, wind and waves would be a bad start during the 1500m swim and even more humidity in the form of rain would kill my 10km conclusive run...
