Try out with band aid: January 4 2023

Like this the work weeks are short. :-) Second and last day at the office today. Afterwards a try-out with a band aid. Not very successful. I was able to run but still with latin and thus making wrong movements to try to avoid the pain. I went for some second skin band aids to try from tomorrow on. I'll start with cycling and will try to run on Friday if it's going fine...
