My Mood Throughout The Month

Namaste people,
Today I'm going to discuss something which never left me alone and even made me wonder "Am I Crazy?"

Okay so I was a girl with a temper while growing up no doubt, also a bit more swingy if it comes to my mood.

Before hitting puberty no doubt I had mood and after it everything became extreme.
Meaning I now get extra sad, extra happy, extra emotional, extra hurt and so on.

And after 10 years of this roller coaster ride I just observed few months back that I've total 4 moods in a month, joyfully in the first week, focused in second week, frustrated in third week and upset in last week. This goes in synchronization with my menstruation and it does gets amplified with the situation coming forward in general life and it just simply makes it more difficult to handle.

Just imagine a day in your woman's life with this addon feature of mood control throughout the day and be grateful if she handles well and be loving and helpful if she can't.
