Its not new again that freedom is what humans can not have and enjoy fully due to how our entire life is guarded by rules and laws of all kinds in the society we belong . Yes! Self will, freedom and free will can never come easy since we are bound by laws and expectations.

Its very obvious that the society are the one deciding for us through the criticism we get when we go out of our own will to do what we desire. We are always afraid of what people will say. And most times dwell in trying to save ourselves from the public.

I think our “free will” is in our hands, knowing that there is always limits we have can not exceed , so we need to operate within our limitations like when we are in our homes 🏡 where we know we are in charge and have no one limiting us once our rents is paid.

In my church, “The Citadel Global Community Church” (CGCC) , as a member of the Missionary Work Force, you must clock inn before 7:45 every Sunday morning for the first prayer meeting before Sunday service begins. Once you don’t clock inn before this said time, doors 🚪 will close at 7:50. You see where the problem lies? This will make many members who can not meet up at that time not to border themselves joining Missionary Work Force. Not that they are not interested, but rules and laws of the society has become a big challenge.

I can say that dealing with other people who makes ip the society is where the problem lies because left for humans as individuals, we can choose to do things within our limits. I as an individual can decide who to have as a friend, focus on my family wellbeing, eat the kinds of food I love since these areas of lifestyle has no limitation. The problem lies in the society we are bound with.

My younger daughter likes ridding bicycle 🚲 and will always go riding every other two days. But many women, especially the uncivilized ones will keep asking her questions like “are you not a girl ?” What does being a girl has to do with riding bicycle 🚲? Why do women drive cars 🚗 like men does? This is the society for you. I know some countries out there might have restricted girls from riding bicycle because rules and laws. I can not believe hearing that from my daughter because even my mother rode bicycle 🚲 even as an elderly woman 👩🏻 .er

Society has continued to put more pressures on people, hindering self freedom, costing and creating anxiety. Many of this generation are living under pretense and pressure because of what people will say. I have seen people who could not study 📚 the course of their choice because of how their parents want them to study another course, relating this to , oh, my friend son is a doctor, my friends daughter is a pharmacist 👩‍⚕️. All these happening has hindered the people and the world 🌎 .

People should be able to live freely to some certain extent, while law is being made. Although we know that sone certain behaviors are posing problems to the society, but criticism is eating up people who can not stand challenges easily and this eventually might lead to mental health challenges.
