Promises We Could Not Keep

I believe promises are what we mostly make to others from our inner mind and hoping to always fulfill them, although sometimes many of us just keep making promises and not minding if ever they will keep the promise to the end. This is why we have lots of broken promises that are not kept leading sometimes to emotional feelings

Not knowing that nonchalant attitudes can cause us emotions from broken 😞 promises is why many due not see it as a serious issue, but it does. I feel so bad when I make promises I can’t keep because of situations that might be beyond my control. I have a church member that I promised to help out financially by elevating her little business of drinks selling. Its in my mind to fulfill this promise but I have not been able to keep this promise due to how many other family problems have continued to gulp most financial incomes.

Its not in my character to promise people what I know I can’t do because I believe its better to be a giver then a receiver, but circumstances most times cause us to broke promises. But the most important thing is how do we feel about this broken 😠 promises? I don’t feel it’s justifiable due to how we cause others pains while they are expecting from us to keep to our promises. And we can not stay away from promises because we are humans who has feelings for others and must make promises.

I have also been a victim of a broken promise and one that really broke my heart ♥️ because it was from someone that I value so much. I have a brother who promised to help me out with some money when I was planning to start a distributorship. This business is one that is very promising as it involves buying different brands of drinks from companies and be selling in large quantities to retailers. Although the profit margin is little but because its a business that moves faster, I wanted to establish it but did not have enough capital to invest on it. This my brother promised to help me out even if its to pay him back with time. But at long last, he failed me. And not that he did not have the money because he is a millionaire. I see this as when people don’t want to help you without any reason because they had the means but felt nonchalantly. This types of broken promises can cause lots of emotional problems. What reason does a millionaire has not to help one that needs just little assistance to move on to life?
