The problem with man who represents humans, being both male and female is selfishness. Selfishness has caused the world 🌎 too many big problems, and it has continued because those who found themselves where they are not supposed to be, failed to understand and realize that they are their for the purpose of setting things right and not being selfish.

Selfishness is the root of corruption, which had been dated back to ages , even from the era of our forefathers. So, man has lived with this nature where “Nepotism” keeps following them from generation to generation, ruining the world 🌍 and causing disasters of all kinds

Ages Ago:

Why is it that in a clan or a village , a king 🤴 will never want to hand over to another person except his son because he wants his family to continue being in charge, even when the son is not even aged enough to take over from him. Or most times, might not have interest in the kingship maybe due to his level of awareness from schooling . It can also mean he does not want to get involved with anything traditional .

This is the root and beginning of Nepotism. Where the king then will source among his kings-men who he will choose without election or who will be the highest bider with money 💰 to take take the crown 👑 and become the next king where the kings son fails to accept the seat.

The Issue With The Job Market:

Corruption has eaten deep into the lives of many around the world 🌍 that they don’t see doing things abnormally as a wrong doing. This being a very big problem that has continued to affect the moving forward of many nations.

Here in my country Nigeria 🇳🇬, the job market is in a critical situation due to how jobs are limited to those who do not have connection with people who are occupying the power seats 💺 in companies and its environments. Not that there are no jobs but as long as you don’t have a relation who can help reserve a place for you when job openings comes up, you are then on your own. And this is not new because it has continued for a very long time.

Do you know that the rich who has big accounts in the finance and banking industries has the power to call the CEO of any bank he stored money 💰 in to make a space for his son or daughter who might be graduating in the next one year. This is how bad “Nepotism has become and for many years now.

The Struggle for Graduates Who Has No Connection:

Its a pity, but who cares? We have seen how many graduates 🎓 struggle from year to year , seeking for a better job in their own country without help. Not that they are not qualified or did not make good grades, but the issue is that power has taken over all around the highly paid jobs , given to those who did not even made good grade. Who should we held responsible?

I once learnt that most companies just advertise job vacancies for formality sack. That even before the advertisement of those vacancies, the seats 💺 are already occupied. In other words, internally, the jobs has been shared among the relatives of the top managers or directors. The formal interviews which many has been invited for is usually a cover up by “Human Resources Department “. So who is fooling who?.

Power corrupts and humans have been caged in this circle ⭕️ of disaster. Not seeing the damages the countries around the world 🌍 are facing. The government being the seat where all these originated because once the presidency is involved in looting, embezzlement, malpractices cutting conners and rigging elections, the lower seats follows suit.

At this level, its only God that can do that miracle of turning things around because the selfishness in humans is a thing that can never end. I can say its a nature man is born with that nothing can change except measures are taken from the grass root.
