And for me I can not do without having my cup of tea before hitting the road every morning, but today is a different day as I went for smoothie and not just an ordinary smoothie but one packed with energy because that is what my day really deserves which is what I bring to share with you.
Smoothies are almost like foods especially when we make them heavy and because my day will be a long one I made this banana, orange and ginger smoothie recipe to kick start my day. Its one energy booster that we can prepare for ourselves when we need energy and sugar at the same time. Adding ginger to to this recipe will give it some warm spicy feeling you will never imagine.
This smoothie can serve as food and at the same time will boost our immune since its like a healing mixture concept that we can include in our lists of drinks 🍹. Zesty and spicy, you will enjoy this smoothie and will want to make it more often. Ginger is everything in this smoothie especially because its very fresh.
Here I share every process of making this smoothie recipe with you.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 bunch of bananas 1 large succulent orange 1/4 thumbs size of fresh ginger 1 glass of spring water
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
Since I will be needing the orange pulps for this smoothie, it becomes the only work we will do first.
We will peel the orange, gradually remove the outer layers , then we split it and cut each one open to remove inner layers and the seeds

We peel the bananas and cut them in little chunks

We peel our ginger and crush it smoothly for ease of incorporation

We have the three (3) ingredients readily here above.
Step 5.
To blend the ingredients together, we add to the blender the chunks of bananas, the pulps of the orange and our crushed fresh ginger.
And have it ready for blending.
Step 6,
Gradually, we blend the ingredients into a smoothie here above
Step 7.
And we have our delicious smoothie ready to be chilled and served
This tropical drink is one delicious ever smoothie recipe I have made in a while and and honestly, the effort is worth it as adding ginger to this smoothie settles in me that am getting everything I needed from this recipe. An ingredient that I love for its immune boost and healing.
