The first temple was literally amazing so was the second but climbing the steps in the company of thousands of golden monks was worth the effort to see such splendours.

In India, they talk about millions of gods from which Buddhism comes with different branches In China Myanmar Thailand Laos etc. In Thailand, the root and main branch of Buddhism is the Theravada branch with recently some Dharmakhaya and Mahayana rising for different reasons not always very clear.
That was quite a trip and energy revigorating
