In cooking, we usually need to make food considering the nutrition aspects. We usually eat nutrient rich foods daily. We need the food that contains too much nutrients and we need to eat it. Usually I like to eat more greens. Vegetables are essential for the health of the body daily. Doctors also say that vegetables should be kept in daily diet. It is healthy and relieves various diseases. The immune system of the body increases.Let's show you a greens today. Basically I shared my greens recipe through the video. Ingredients:
★Wax gourd is like the amount of leaves
★250 gm potato
★ 5-6 jackfruit seed
★6-7 raw chilli
★ 5 onion
★ 2 garlic
★ 1 tablespoon cumin paste
★ Amount of Soybean oil
★ 4 teaspn salt
★ 2 teaspn Turmeric powder
★1 cup clean water
Friends today I cooked Wax Gourd Leaves as greens today. It can actually be cooked as vegetables. However, everyone likes to eat deliciously cooking. Since I love to eat vegetables. I basically keep vegetables in daily diet for wellness. And today for lunch, I cooked it as this greens.

This vegetable curry is usually great to eat with hot rice. Now it is nice to eat fried fish and hot rice with these vegetables. So I have separated the fish though. It is to eat this vegetable curry together with hot rice.
Everyone in my family likes to eat this vegetable with potatoes, greens and fish fried and hot rice. So I can cook it very delicious. If you want to know this curry recipe, you must watch my video. You can cook and eat this nutritious curry for your family.
Also I have a three -year -old son. So I usually try to feed her vegetables. I think greens are very important for the formation of her body. So I usually try to keep greens in daily diet.
