Bengali recipe: Payes / My favorite dessert.

I am Sumaiya Rahman from Bangladesh. Welcome back to my channel in another vlog. How are you all friends?Friends, today I will show you how to make my favorite dessert through video. I love to eat pies. So sometimes I make payes. Today I am making payes in a clay oven. Winter is really the time to make more payes. Because during the winter, everyone in my family likes to eat pitha as well as payes. And Bengalis love this dessert very much. Then see how I make the dessert.

Ingredients for making payes:
1.1 cup amount of rice
2.3-4 bay leaves.
3. Raisins.
4.4-5 white cardamoms.
5. Cinnamon.
6. Sugar to taste.
7.1 kg amount of milk.
