Honesty Doesn't Mean Disrespect!
Truth != Disrespect
Often times we face this situation especially with our parents that they feel disrespected even if we are simply being honest or truthful to them. They think that their experience is more valuable than ours and IMO this is absolutely incorrect. Parents can be wrong too. People with years of experience can screw up as well. And if we are being truthful to them about their screw up, then this doesn't mean disrespect at all.
