Palak Puri (Spinach Fluff Bread)

Spinach is a very healthy green vegetable, available almost throughout the year but the best one comes in winters. Winters in India is the season of green leafy vegetables. Spinach is a great source of Iron and Vitamin C. As a child, I hated Spinach so my mom used to make me Spinach Puris. Raag is too young right now to have Spinach as a vegetable so to introduce spinach in his diet, I make the same Puris with him. They are not only healthy but delicious too and Raag loves them.

Let's see how we can make it.
