Day #3 Marathon Challenge "Te reto a que te retes"

Confieso que esta vez no tenía muchas ganas de recorrer esa distancia, pero aún así me vestí, calenté, salí y porsupuesto cumplí mi reto.
Enseñanza:
Disciplina es que hagas lo que sabes que tienes que hacer aún y cuando no te apetezca.
Luego de correr hice abdominales en barra, en lo personal son mis favoritos. Hice 10 secciones de 10 repeticiones, enfocándome en la extensión de las piernas completamente rectas.
Cuando casi terminaba me encontré una señora que con una gran sonrisa en su rostro me dijo: woww te vi mientras corrías por el malecón pasé en un carro y ahora te veo aquí, que bien, Felicidades !!!
Fue muy bonito ver su rostro de alegría y sorpresa. También fui a por mi agua de coco pero lamentablemente estaba cerrado por lo que en casa me hidraté.
Me fascina ver como voy avanzando, y deseo poder inspirarte a que te sumes al reto. Desafiate a ti mism@ y verás los resultados, recuerda que:

Day #3 Marathon Challenge "I challenge you to challenge yourself"
Time: 1 hr 11 min.
Distance: 8.02 km.
Race type: Endurance
I confess that this time I didn't feel like covering that distance, but still I dressed up, warmed up, went out, and of course, I completed my challenge.
Lesson
Discipline is doing what you know you have to do even when you don't feel like it.
After running, I did bar abs, personally they are my favorites. I did 10 sets of 10 repetitions, focusing on fully extending my legs straight.
When I was almost done, I met a lady who with a big smile on her face said to me: "Wow, I saw you while you were running along the boardwalk, I passed by in a car and now see you here, well done, Congratulations!!!" Was y beautiful to see her happy and surprise face. I also went to get my coconut water, but unfortunately, it was closed, so I hydrated at home.
I love seeing how I'm progressing, and I want to inspire you to join the challenge. Challenge yourself and you will see the results, remember that:
