Shrimp in Coconut Milk
Last night, we had this delicious shrimp with vegetables bathed in coconut milk. There are plenty of coconut trees in the Philippines and so finding coconut products in the market is easy. Foods in coconut milk are also common in the Filipino cuisine.
Some of the ingredients for the Shrimp in Coconut Milk or locally called as "Ginataang Hipon" are shrimp, coconut milk and vegetables like string beans, squash, and green chilli. I'm not sure what other vegetables are supposed to be on the ingredients because we only had squash and string beans on ours. Lol. It may be few but this the taste is still great.
