HOWTO Make Milk Kefir
In this short video I show you how to harvest milk kefir and prepare it for the next harvest. Very simple and straight forward.
It is also my first attempt at making videos, cutting and editing them, and uploading them on 3speak. As you can see, this is not so straight forward, so I would really appreciate your input and helpful advice, which I obviously need. - My biggest concern is how to keep the vertical video from going horizontal, which clearly was not my intention.
