It's All About Perspective...
At first glance this may just look like an old broken windshield wiper, which it is, but it can be much more.
While I'm sure the rubber and plastic could be used for something the main area of focus is the two thin strips of metal that were the backbone not the rubber.
Those strips of metal can be used to make a few useful tools. Namely, shims, shanks and picks.
With the right shaping and filing all three of those things can be made with relatively little time.
Just something to think about and keep in your backpocket!
