I always found Street Art something that is bounded with local places. It’s art for the people that live there. You cannot move street art. Or, better says, you shouldn’t.
There are cities with lots of street art masterpieces in the streets. And their author decided to paint that wall, because they want to make a gift to locals.

They are for the community. They must stay in the streets.
