Pipe design
Here is a buried test lead station that I've been working on .
The test lead station is used for checking the corrosion and integrity of pipes without having to send a technician to the pipe all the time .
This method of testing stresses on pipes saves time and money for the maintenance of pipelines.
The 2 electrodes are attached to the pipe then hurried with the pipe , the testing unit itself remains above ground and is hooked to a communication device in order to send constant results wirelessly in real time .
These and other similar devices are responsible for making Canadian process plants and pipelines some of the safest in the world . If you are interested in the oil and gas sector and how it gets from the ground into the products and fuels we use today , please leave a question or a comment below . If this post has been intriguing for you, then don't forget to follow and resteem :)
