900 today

Today I reached 900 followers , it's been an awesome ride and can't wait till I reach 1000. I've been away from steemit for awhile , but will be back in full force from now on . I have changed many things in my life since I was on steemit last , incuding; a new job a new diet and a new outlook on life . Today marks the start of a new jeorney into the unknown .

For the last 34 years I've eaten the way I was taught by my parents , for around a year I've been working really hard to make my life healthy . Through trial and error I've decided on a diet and cleanse that will work for me .

Tonight I will take pics of before , then several times a week I will update my progress , in this the year 2018 , it is time to start living healthy and to start fueling my body the way it was ment to be fueled .

Many changes in life tend to take a back burner to just staying afloat , however; Today is the time for change . I have made many excuses throughout my life as to find an easier softer way , but it can't be done . The hard work has started and life is still comming fast.
In order to make these changes , one day at a time is how I will be living life .

Awesome to be back on steemit and I can't wait to share the progress to a better life with all 900 of you .
