A new version of the bitcoin software
The release of Bitcoin Core 0.14.1 became an additional version number 0.14.0 and contains various bug fixes and a general increase in client performance.
Additionally, the new release contains updated software localizations.
Information about the new release is contained in the letter of the developer Bitcoin Core Vladimir van der Laan.
At the same time, it became known that up to the new version the offer to improve bitcoin under number 148 (BIP148 - UASF (User Activated Soft Fork) - user-activated softphone) was updated.
UASF assumes "pushing" activation of SegWit by means of voting not by miners, but by the network node, that is, by expressing the will of all users that the full client of the network can launch.
