Hola muchachos como están, esta vez vengo a mostrarles como hago yo para pintar las paredes de un cuarto que me entregaron, arriendo habitaciones independientes, a la hora de recibir trato de mejorar todo para volver arrendar me gusta ofrecer un buen servicio, pues me encanta destacar ante diferentes ofertas que se ven en las redes donde ofrecen los mismos servicios, pero sus habitaciones están muy descuidadas, así que dije vamos a pintar, ya que la última inquilina duro un poco más de un año y hubo desgaste en dicha pintura y no solo eso, pero en este video mostraré el proceso de mi trabajo, empecé por la pared que tenía humedad, pues necesitaba más amor que las otras empiezo por raspar con una espátula metálica toda la pintura que esté suelta, pues si no lo haces cuando empieces a pintar con la nueva pintura todo se vendrá abajo y no tendrá sentido, después de la raspada o quitada de pintura, le aplique en las partes donde se veía más la humedad o que había afectado más la humedad, sellante el cual debes dejar secar para proceder a aplicar estuco plástico para emparejar la pared, siguiente paso lijar muy bien donde aplicaste dicho estuco y también si tienes energía el estuco viejo o pasta vieja que tenías para cerciorarse que la pintura quedara perfecta sin ningún problema, lo siguiente es limpiar los tomas y bombillos y protegerlos con cinta tirro, para que no queden pintados, también con la ayuda de la cinta tirro y un plástico o papel periódico proteger el piso, procedemos a pintar con brocha las partes más difíciles donde no llega el rodillo grande, pues esto puede ser tedioso, pero nos ahorrará tiempo al final de cuentas, cuando ya este todo listo empezamos a darle con el rodillo con mucha paciencia y mucho amor, recuerda que nada es feo en las manos correctas y nada es imposible cuando el corazón te hace mover el cuerpo, en esta ocasión también pinte el techo el cual me dejo bañada de pintura, pues lo hice con pura brocha, pero el resultado final me gusto un montón me resulto que cada dolor de brazos y cansancio valieron mucho, espero les guste el resultado final les aclaro no soy una experta en nada y me dejo enseñar así que estaré atenta a los comentarios besos y hasta la próxima
