Speaking to employees…

An employee wasn’t performing up to par. This is how I issue a warning and help it stick at the same time. The scenario also assumes everyone is underpaid.

I say, “The goodie bag is for you and family and all that home life. It’s not a reward.”

Emplyee looks at with a curious smiie as I continue, “It’s suplimental compensation in exchange for the continuation of your basic job duties.”

He giggles and says “thanks.”
I say, “You’re welcome and let me know how I can make equipment/the job easier.”

Next, I’m gonna buy some plants. Specifically, the type that are good for purifing the air. Ferns, ivys, mother‘s tongue and spider plants are known for keeping the air clean.
