Like the previous two songs were posted, first the outdoor concert performance on October 21 2025 and then a separate post featuring the same song performed at the indoor concert on Halloween, October 31 2025. I’m dressed as a “Reindeer Manure Technician.”

Sounds like a girls name to me. Samantha, she must be hot. Oh wait, it’s not his daughter or deceased loved one, is it? Hey, do me a favor. Do the research for me. I enjoy playing this ballad. The original recording of the song almost has a funky bass in it. I could have elaborate like the guy in Chuck Mangione’s band (Charles Meeks) or Rocco, but I chose to read the notes as written. I didn’t write the chords in this time. It’s health… plus I can still elaborate without chords, sooooo…. uhhh… nobody made any specific requests and everyone seemed happy after each rendition/rehearsal sooo… I do me.
The song’s not about the bass or funk or that stuff though. It’s about being a quintessential-sexy-time-saxophone song!!!

This a new series of videos featuring two big band performances of the same song. Expect approximately seven songs from an out-door concert (Oct 21 2025) and then about nine or ten more from the follow-up concert (Oct 31 2025). Two songs, two different posts on two consecutive days and a day of nothing posted (or something from November) in-between.
