Different People, Different Outlook !.

The ideology we are living with in todays era alwsys clashes with the ideology of our older generation. There is a huge generation gap, which is hard to fill and it takes a lot to bridge the gap between the two. The two Generations differs in many ways, including their values, attitudes, and beliefs. There is huge difference in their approach towards life. I have just experience it today morning. It was unexpected encounter, and may appear different to different people.

I was looking for our family barber for a haircut, however due to his personal reason he was not available at home. At the same time my uncle too came looking for him and went back home not finding him. Like the older times, we still have a family barber, who pitches in on differrnt ocassion. Also, they provide their services on some minimum annual fee. So we alwsys keep looking for them for shaving and hair cut. Instead of going back, I went to the village barber shop for hair cut at their usual rate, which is much higher. My uncle did not like this as he considers it unnecessary wastage of money. But in my case, I saved my times by not waiting for the barbers. Being from older generation, each penny matters to him. He is not miser, but still alwsys keep looking for oppurtunity to save as much as possible. By going to family barbers we saves considerable amount of money. Which made him angry towards me. But in my opinion, I manage to get the haircut done rather than waiting longer for him. By doing this I saved my time, and went on to do many other usual task at home.

This clearly indicates a differrnt outlook towards life of two differrnt generation. Generations can differ in many ways, including their values, attitudes, and beliefs:

Living patterns : Older generations may take on more responsibility and try to help others, while younger generations may focus more on themselves.

Beliefs : Different generations may have different beliefs about politics, religion, society, and pop culture, which are shaped by the world they grew up in.

Experiences: Younger and older generations may have different experiences, opinions, habits, and behaviors, which can lead to a lack of understanding.

When we are living with our old parents or in joint family, it get important to tackle such situation with intellect. Both the generation have seen the differrnt world. It is important to understand that different generations have grown up in different social, cultural, and technological contexts. We must try to empathize with each other's experiences. In my scenarios, his approach was not wring neither I consider mine. Both of different outlook towards it. While he saves money I saved my time. This makes it important to recognize and appreciate the value of diverse viewpoints. Respect each other's choices, as long as they are responsible and ethical.
