Danning-Krueger effect
This simple curve is called the (Daning-Kruger effect). According to the study produced by the two worlds ( David Dunning ) and ( Justin Kruger ), he won the Nobel Prize in Psychology in 2000 AD
What is the Danning-Krueger effect
In the field of psychology, the Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which people of low ability have illusory superiority and mistakenly assess their cognitive ability as greater than it is. The cognitive bias of illusory superiority comes from the inability of low-ability people to recognize their lack of ability. Without the self-awareness of metacognition, low-ability people cannot objectively evaluate their actual competence or incompetence Quoted from Wikipedia

This curve simply illustrates the relationship between human confidence (vertical axis), and experience or knowledge in a field (horizontal axis), and we can summarize what is explained by three main aspects:
The left side of the curve: You can simply note that while the human experience and knowledge of a field is equal to 0%, it is almost 100% self-confident, meaning that the ignorant feels infinite confidence in his opinions and propositions, In his abilities in this field, a stage of illusion and resistance to change
The middle part of the curve: as with the increase of knowledge and experience, the light leaks into his mind and heart, reduces his confidence and raises doubts about his ability to take the subject to a minimum.
The right side of the curve: Note with me that the person is full of knowledge and experience in a subject, does not exceed his confidence (70%), as the world and the expert is convinced that something is still absent, and senses his weakness towards the full understanding of what things and surround the whole, which Can be found in the humility of many scientists and real experts

From my personal point of view, that curve enables us to quickly realize that human diversity, particularly in organizations, when some people stand with change, welcome and willing to learn and develop, and some stand up to them simply and with their ability to possess knowledge and experience, and vice versa. The personal level of each of us when the illusion of full confidence dominated us one day, and the belief of one of us firmly that what he teaches and what he says to others is absolute right, and then this illusion is to dissipate by increasing our knowledge and experience and possess the true (incomplete) We humbled in front of what we learn daily in Our lives, and allow the light to shine in our souls and our minds, and to open a wide capacity for each new to find a suitable way in our minds.
