I have been teaching Software Engineering subject for quite sometimes already. It is one of the tough subject for Computer Science, Information Technology and Information System course.

This course introduces the software engineering process, its principles, techniques and practices to produce quality software products. Emphasis is on the review of various software engineering paradigms. Topics include requirements analysis and design; system development and coding; system testing and debugging; system deployment, maintenance and support; configuration management, capability maturity modelling; and software verification and validation.

The students are required to have an executable system with documentation as guide for the client in using the system. At the end of the semester the students are also going to defense their final output. Failure to defend may result to Failed grade on Finals.

In software engineering, a project FORK happens when developers take a copy of source code from one software package and start independent development on it, creating a distinct and separate piece of software. It is considered the Darkness in software development.

Have a blessed day!

Yours;
