Creating a character from scratch & animate using Adobe Character Animator

This is a small time lapse that roughly shows the process of character animation after the character has been created using Paint Sai.

The process shown is very simple and avoids more complex animations such as voice sync or extended facial movements. Also the eyes are not really complex because of the stigmatic representation ;)
