That Brings Chicago Pizza to Mind

I saw the post that my friend Hector made.

I though it fitting to I respond to his post. It made me think of my home town way up north.

Chicago Pizza, in general, is delicious and over the top. Sometimes there is way too much cheese or too many toppings. But we build out own.

We used to order these in my teens and we did it over the phone. This half should have ... and that half we want... The always got it right, and we rarely finished a pizza-pie.

How many thousands of combinations could you make?

I filled out the order but flights to South America are few and far between. I may be waiting a while.
