Worksites Are Now Live in Splinterlands! 🔥

The highly anticipated land functionality is now live in Splinterlands - farming! My common land now has the ability to farm grain, but, of course, this comes with corresponding costs. Will I hit my ROI in Lands? Let's check the numbers.

I bought the land from fatjimmy for 52,000 DEC, and I also need to stake 50,000 DEC to maximize the production cost on my land. For the workers, I spent a total of 76,688 DEC on 5 common gold foil cards with the maximum level. To speed up the contruction of my Grain Farm, I spent 11,660 on Time Crystals. Lastly, I spent 99.99 grains to kickstart my workers. All in all, I used 190,448.92 DEC for my common land. Currently, its production rate is 200 grains per hour or 5280 grains per day. Assuming that I will take home 50% of all the output, my ROI will be after 72 days.

My land currently lacks a Totem to boost the production of my workers. The lowest price in the market is $26. Should I buy it or not? But one thing is for sure; this will be a passive source of income!
