You can't have a good coin voting unless you have a good decentralized foundation without premine. Coin voting has to have a fair distribution, no ICO, no company.
Primine leads to multiple problems. Regulators will have an easy take on the network. Owners of the premine are stuck with a few bad options.
- Not using the coin for voting.
- Not selling it.
- Selling and dumping it on the community.
- Using it to vote and centralizing it.
