A very fast file browser with file preview for the console.
It provides a minimalistic and nice curses interface with a view on the directory hierarchy.
For all consoles cowboys that can handle the VI key binding, this is the fastest way to dig through the files. With the integrated and freely configurable file preview, one always sees immediately whether one selects the right one. Rarely has it been so convenient to work your way through the files.
The management of the files has never been so easy and fast, I use ranger daily for my work.
