My Actifit Report Card and Update: April 26 2026

Hi Everyone,

I’m back after a long Actifit absence. I’ve been busy completing the first draft of my Sapien Loop book. I’ve started on the editing and image creation. It won’t be long before the first chapters will be published on my @captainhive account. It is both exciting and a little sad to be reaching the end of my Sapien Loop journey. It’s been an amazing three-plus years of adventure. It has been a lot of fun. At this stage, I’m not sure if I’ll continue writing fiction or if I’ll return to writing economics-related content permanently. I’ll see how much traction the series gets now it’s complete.

The weather has greatly improved recently. The wet ground has finally dried out. This means Hamlet the Happy Pig will soon get the upgrade to her home. This will be a bit of work. She will be so angry when we force her into a temporarily smaller enclosure. It has to be done or she’ll attack the structure before the cement dries.

The better weather has also given me a chance to mow the lawns. The first cuts of the year are difficult. The grass tends to be a bit thicker than usual. I’m glad to get it done. The next round with be easier.

My Content

I haven’t posted much on Hive recently. It has just been the Sapien Loop quiz and results post. The turnout wasn’t great. It only had four participants. I was hoping for more, but I wasn’t surprised.

It has been quiet on Hive recently. I think the low price has discouraged people from posting. It appears Hive missed out on the most recent crypto bull market. The vast majority of other altcoins did as well. Hive’s future is quite uncertain. Things can change very quickly. At such a low market cap, it wouldn’t take much for the price to double or even triple in a very short time.

My low volume of readers/participants has been partly my fault, as I haven’t been around much in the past year. I’ve only published the quizzes and the occasional economics post here and there. Once I’ve finished the book, my volume of content on Hive will increase considerably. I have a lot of catching up to do.
