One of the parts I enjoy the most about photography is documenting and showcasing the faces of those who work behind the scenes, the ones who make sure we have delicious food to enjoy every day.

Una de las partes que mas difruto en el medio fotografico es la de documentar, mostrar los rostros de personas que estan en las sombras, pero que hacen que disfrutemos de comidas deliciosas todos los dias.

Today, I'm going to introduce you to these individuals. They are bakers with over 20 years of experience, each one of them waking up at 7 in the morning and working tirelessly until 5 in the afternoon to literally "bring home the bread."

Hoy le mostraré a estos personajes, ellos son panaderos con mas de 20 años realizando su labor, cada uno de ellos todos los dias, entran a las 7 de la mañana y trabajan sin descanso hasta las 5 de la tarde para literalmente " llevar el pan a su casa ".

They are experts in the art of making authentic Andean bread, which was recently declared a World Heritage Site in the category of gastronomy. Yes, this bread is native to the Andean regions of Venezuela.

Saben perfectamente sobre la elaboracion de el verdadero pan Andino, que hace poco fue nombrado patrimonio cultural gastronomico a nivel mundial y si, es de las regiones andinas de Venezuela.

Each one of them plays a crucial role in the process of making each loaf of bread.

Cada uno tiene un puesto importante en el proceso y elaboracion de cada alimento.

It was an honor for me to photograph them and witness each step of the process.

Fue un honor para mi fotografiarlos y estar presente en cada proceso.
