New day, new doodle. I hope everyone is having a nice day. Today's quote has inspired me a lot. As a science teacher, studying photosynthesis and explaining to my students the importance of the sun for plant growth has always been one of my favorite moments.

Plants, wise and silent, always grow towards the sunlight, searching for that vital energy that will help them in their growth. Today I want us to stop for a minute from the daily hustle and bustle and observe the nature around us. Let's stop for a few seconds to enjoy the nearest plant and learn a little about them.

Just as plants seek light, we should always approach what brings joy and serenity to our lives. That light may come in different forms for us: a close friend, our family, our pet, our life partner... There are many forms of light, all unique. Eventually, no matter how hardy a plant is, it will need some degree of light. Don't cling to the darkness; there is always a glimmer of hope.

And what about the darkness? In life there are times when it seems we won't see the sun. Well, let's learn from the plants at these times too. Let the darkness and shadows serve as the perfect time to grow and strengthen your roots, to know yourself.

Do not fear the darkness, embrace it. Turn challenges into opportunities, learn from them, but always look for the light.

Nuevo día, nuevo doodle. Espero que todos estén teniendo un lindo día. La frase de hoy me ha inspirado muchísimo. Como profesor de ciencias, estudiar la fotosíntesis y explicarles a mis alumnos la importancia del sol para el crecimiento de las plantas siempre ha sido uno de mis momentos favoritos.

Las plantas, sabias y silenciosas, siempre crecen hacia la luz solar, buscando esa energía vital que les ayudará en su crecimiento. Hoy quiero que nos detengamos un minuto de los ajetreos diarios y observemos la naturaleza a nuestro alrededor. Detengámonos unos segundos a disfrutar de la planta más cercana y aprendamos un poco de ellas.

Al igual que las plantas buscan la luz, nosotros debemos acercarnos siempre a lo que nos dé alegrías y serenidad a nuestras vidas. Esa luz puede venir en distintas formas para nosotros: un amigo cercano, nuestra familia, nuestra mascota, nuestra pareja de vida… Hay muchas formas de luz, todas únicas. Eventualmente, por muy resistente que sea una planta, necesitará cierto grado de luz. No te aferres a la oscuridad; siempre hay un rayito de esperanza.

¿Y qué pasa con la oscuridad? En la vida hay momentos donde parece que no veremos el sol. Pues también aprendamos de las plantas en estos momentos. Que la oscuridad y las sombras te sirvan como el momento perfecto para crecer y fortalecer tus raíces, para conocerte a ti mismo.

No temas a la oscuridad, abrázala. Convierte los desafíos en oportunidades, aprende de ellos, pero siempre busca la luz.
