Tengo dos días que no duermo bien.

De domingo a lunes no dormí, literal, me pare a llevar a mi hijo al colegio, me regresé a casa a ver si dormía y solo dormí 1 hora.

Anoche cuando me quise dormir, eran las 2 de la mañana y yo aún despierta desde el domingo, eso sí, cuando me dormí, caí profunda.

De igual manera, ya a las 6am estaba despierta, lleve a mi hijo al colegio y regresé netamente a dormir, si dormí pero como adulto responsable, no dormir como descanso como tal.

Hoy si pretendo acostarme temprano, tengo mucho sueño, más no es de cansancio laboral, sino mental. Muchas preocupaciones que no logro solventar.

Espero poder cumplir con eso que me preocupa lo más rápido posible y eso que espero llegue rápido.

I need to sleep well

I haven't slept well for two days.

I literally didn't sleep from Sunday to Monday. I got up to take my son to school, went back home to check if he was sleeping, and only slept for an hour.

Last night, when I tried to sleep, it was 2 a.m., and I've still been awake since Sunday. However, when I fell asleep, I fell deeply asleep.

Likewise, I was already awake at 6 a.m., took my son to school, and went back to sleep. I did sleep, but as a responsible adult, not as a rest.

Today, if I try to go to bed early, I'm very sleepy. It's not from work fatigue, but from mental exhaustion. So many worries that I can't solve.

I hope to be able to accomplish what's worrying me as quickly as possible, and I hope that comes quickly.
