Bug: Unable to post on framesia when only 1 tag is given

Expected behavior

Framesia, a platform where users are rewarded for sharing their voice. We can generally post from the website on steem blockchain.

Actual behavior

I tried to publish a post on framesia with l1 tag but when i click on publish, it loads for a while and shows an error.

How to reproduce

• Open your browser and go to https://framesia.com

• Login with your steemit account credentials.

• Now click on write to publish a post or directly land on the page clicking here

• Now write a post and click on publish. It will ask for tag, put only 1 tag and click on publish

• You will see that it is showing a error

• Browser version: Google Chrome Version 66.0.3359.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)

• Operating system: Windows 8.1
