Winter's Here
This year, I'm making a few more winter preparations. Living in Canada, we have certain conditions that I feel merit additional considerations. This winter may be leaner than many past due to the many changes that have transpired this year.
Things I'm doing this year that differ from years past:
Stocking some extra dry goods.
Tracking food consumption.
Having additional drinking water on hand.
Keeping a fully stocked medicine cabinet.
Being vigilant with vitamin D intake.
Vigilance with vitamins, period.
Getting a humidifier for the bedroom.
Monthly furnace filter changes for better lung health.
Increased activity for more energy.
Preparing extra layers for the outdoors.
Vehicle maintenance checks and emergency supplies.
Finding more intentional learning resources.
Have extra thermal couple on hand for furnace. (I've replaced 2 this year and heat is life in -40 weather)
Making more time for important relationships.
Extra blankets!
Making sure my Christmas budget is balanced.
That's a start to the list. There's definitely more, but that's a start.
