Daha önceki postlarımda kuru portakal ve limon hazırlığından bahsetmiştim. Dilimlenen meyveler 10 saat kurutma makinesinde kaldıktan sonra çıkarıldı. Fazla meyveler kutuya koyulup saklandı. Resimde görüldüğü gibi garniş kabımız da dolduruldu ve servise hazır hale geldi.
