Add noobprotection explanation

In the game SteemNova there is the possibility, to view a playercard. My proposal is about the playercard.

Proposal

My proposal is to add the information whether or not the player is within "noobprotection mode".

Benefits

By adding the information whether or not a player is within noobprotection, you will no longer have to attack the player to find it out.

Currently it is very frustrating. By searching through the galaxy to find a planet,you have to spend 10 deuterium. After you found your victim, and you click attack, you have to organize a fleet and say that it should attack the target. By doing so, a message pops up saying that the player is in noobprotection.

This actually hurts new players even more, since they do not have that much deuterium.
